Steeplechase clinic open to amateur riders in Green Spring Valley Hounds home country with top jockeys Willie McCarthy and Darren Nagle. The clinic will have a mounted and unmounted component designed to educate participants in the sport of steeplechasing. If you are comfortable galloping in company, can safely gallop in different positions in the group for at least one mile, are comfortable jumping 3’ at speed in company, and have a fit mount, this clinic may be for you.
A representative of the MSA Board of Directors will be present at the clinic in the event that any prospective competitors in the Junior Field Master Chase series seek to be certified as qualified to compete in the Spring of 2019.
